General Policies:

• For the comfort and safety of our guests, Catskill Maison is a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast. We do not permit smoking in the house or on the surrounding grounds.


• Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the house.


• Unless alternative arrangements are made in advance, we can allow only paid, registered guests on the premises.


• Damages to the rooms, or Catskill Maison property will be accessed and charged to the credit card on record at the discretion of Catskill Maison.


• If a key is lost, a $10 service charge will be applied to the credit card on record.


• We require a two-night minimum stay on peak weekends (either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday); and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).


• We welcome well behaved children age 14 and over accompanied by a parent or guardian. The inn is not suitable for pets.

Reservations:

• All rates include a full three-course hot gourmet breakfast daily.


• Rates are per-room unless otherwise noted and do not include applicable taxes.


• We offer a 20% discount for rooms booked from Monday thru Thursday evenings, excluding the weeks of the following major holidays:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas


• Requests received from the availability calendar are not a confirmation of your reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have been contacted by us and a one night deposit for your stay has been made.


• We accept payment in cash or by Visa, MasterCard, money order and Travelers Checks. We are sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks.


• We require a one-night deposit at time of reservation made via credit card; balance is required at check-in.
  Notification of cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of arrival, will receive full refund of deposit minus a $25 service fee.
  

  Deposits for reservations canceled less than 14 days in advance of your stay are non-refundable, unless Catskill Maison is able to reassign the room.

  The total amount of your reservation will be charged if arrival occurs after the confirmed date of arrival or departure is before the confirmed date of departure.

  In the event a guest fails to either cancel or honor their reservation, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Your credit card deposit shall constitute a binding agreement to these terms.
